Pilot privacy notice
Privacy
Exam Mommy is in pilot. We collect the minimum data needed to run access, improve marking quality, understand usage growth, and support subscriptions.
Data We Store
We store browser IDs, keyed hashes of IP addresses and user agents, pilot-code usage, account email/name/profile image from Google sign-in, subscription status, generation status, file hashes, file size and type, model token counts, process timing, annotation counts, billing events, and pilot feedback.
Uploaded worksheet files are sent to the configured marking model for processing. The app stores metadata about the generation, not the uploaded worksheet file itself.
Why We Use It
We use this data to enforce the shared pilot quota, recognize returning browsers, measure product growth, diagnose failures, estimate model cost, support subscriptions, and decide whether the pilot solves a real need.
Access And Sharing
Pilot data is available to the project operator through admin-only endpoints. Payment providers and Google process the information needed for login or payment. We do not sell pilot analytics.
Retention
Pilot analytics are kept while the pilot is active unless deleted by the project operator. Uploaded files are processed transiently by the app server and model provider.
